Personal Goals : Last week of Track practice was very hard for me and i was sore most of the time, but now I'm getting better in running and I'm working hard every practice. I dedicate half an hour to stretch. My goal is to keep on reading books because I've been ignoring it since when I started Track. I have to finish my book and took it back to the library by next week.
Professional Goals: I sent the first paper to my english teacher and I'll send the next one by friday. I have to start writing emails to my teachers so that they can send me the list of things I have to study for next year. I'm not ready for this at all.
