Ritual "April Fools Day"

April Fool's Day
April Fools day what is it? who thought it up? why would someone want to be a part of and be on the receiving end of the joke? Does everyone around the world do it? How did it get started?
To many people that don't celebrate would think we are probably dumb or really bored that we would schedule a day once a year to pull pranks on someone and laugh at them when it works and when you get get a prank you'll laugh also. April Fool's day is on April 1st, and people believe it started around 1582 with Charles's IX. That is over four hundred years ago! The people back then that participated in April Fool's were called "fools" for taking a day to pull pranks. So basically everyone now is a fool cause I'm sure at one point when you were younger you tried pulling a prank on April Fool's day.
Some of the pranks people play on people are; putting a snake in your purse, or in your bed. Or superglue a coin to a sidewalk and watch people try and pick it up, or put a few drops of food coloring into someones milk. And last wish grab a bunch of alarm clocks put the volume really high and set them early, then take them over to your friends house and hide them in your brothers/sisters/friends room, they will get so annoyed, make sure you can run faster them if they figure out it's you.

I like how you describe all the ways people pull pranks and you went into the background of the day.
